White Mountain Motorsports Park Ready for Big Milton CAT Midsummer Festivities this Saturday, August 1

N. Woodstock, NH — The time has come once again for White Mountain Motorsports Park’s big summer celebration with the help of the fine folks at Milton CAT! The Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 will pit the best of the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour against one another for the $10,000 grand prize with strategy and skill both behind the wheel and behind the wrench being the key to victory in North Woodstock this Saturday.
The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour stars have been stopping in to sharpen their teeth at New Hampshire’s Favorite Short Track with Jesse Switser earning the highest finish of second last Saturday. Switser will be one to watch this Saturday as he looks to nab his second Milton CAT Midsummer Classic victory. D.J. Shaw and Dillon Moltz join Switser as former 250 winners looking for another win.
Kyle Goodbout will be defending the home turf and in the hunt for his third win at the Mountain this Saturday alongside the likes of Kaiden Fisher, former Wall’s Ford Platinum Series champions Gabe Brown and Derek Gluchacki and former Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour champions Nick Sweet and Brian Hoar to name a few!
The Farmyard Store Flying Tigers have been on a tear as of late with Luke Peters earning his fifth win and maintaining the lead on his hard-fought journey to a first career championship. Former Thunder Road runner Cameron Ouellette is still in the hunt for his first White Mountain win while Kyle Willis, Shane Sicard, Owen Cheney and Nate Hamblett are sure to be among those leading the charge on Saturday.
After Saturday’s last-lap calamity in turn four, Donnie Baumgardner has secured a two point lead over Jacob Roy in the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Strictly Mini ranks. Brett Rowell remains the only driver among the top five still looking for win number one this season while Lucas Sidney and JJ Goodbout are looking to rebound after mechanical issues last time out.
The Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Division returns for their big Milton CAT Midsummer Classic showdown. Plainfield, Vermont’s Maddie Potter took down her first career Kids Division win last Saturday, making her the sixth different winner in as many events this season. Keep an eye on Gracen Gorham, Chloe Doyle, Potter and Cameron Beattie as they look to be the first repeat winner this year. The NELCAR Legends also return, joining the Milton CAT Midsummer Classic line-up for the first time.
White Mountain Motorsports Park is back in a big way this Saturday for the 9th annual Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 with $10,000 going to the winner of the epic Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour event! Late Model teams from across the region are expected to go for the prize alongside The Farmyard Store Flying Tigers, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Strictly Minis, Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Division and the NELCAR Tour Legends with a special 5:00pm Post Time.
Grandstands open at 1:00pm with Adult General Admission set at $30, Kids aged 6-12 are $10 and all Children five and under are free! The Family Four Pack (two adults, two kids) will also be available for $70. Get there early for a special pre-race concert courtesy of the Eric Grant Band from 4pm to 4:45pm!
