Following a slippery afternoon for Jaden Perry last time out, nine-time King of the Mountain Quinny Welch is back in familiar territory atop the 1764 Sports Bar & Grill Late Model standings with five races in. While nine is hall of fame worthy, there’s always room for a tenth track championship trophy on the mantle and that’s just what Welch is after in 2025. Perry will certainly look to bounce back this Saturday under the Northstar Fireworks while Kyle Goodbout looks to make it three-for-three in victory lane.

Smooth and consistent wins the race and Shane Sicard is living proof, leading the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tiger point standings by 24 points over Logan Powers. Sicard is easily the most decorated White Mountain Flying Tiger ace and has been quietly in the hunt for championship #4 to match his long standing #4NH car number. The top three, including sophomore driver Owen Cheney, remain winless so far this season but look to turn that stat around this Saturday night.

Jacob Roy remains at the head of the Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Mini pack but after a rough outing last time out, Sunday’s winner Tyler Thompson has made up ground in the championship chase. While the championship showdown heats up, so too does the Rookie of the Year battle between former Kids Division standouts Jackson Hunt and Logan Farnsworth. The two earned their handicap last week and put on a great battle for a glimpse into what the rest of the season will bring!

Both the Dwarf Cars and Mini Late Models are expected to run Two Segment events to determine the winner by best finish in points while the Kids will be chasing down dominant Lucas Sidney once again!
