N. Woodstock, NH — White Mountain Motorsports Park is back in action this Saturday night in North Woodstock, New Hampshire with a twin billing of New England’s greatest. The Wall’s Ford Platinum Series comes to a crowning end with the annual Leaf Peepers 100 to set the championship while the NELCAR Legends and Bandoleros return alongside the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers and the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Strictly Minis for a five division showdown.

After rain plagued their earlier meets at White Mountain Motorsports Park, the NELCAR Tour returns to a favorite track of the drivers and teams for the first time in 2025. Both the Legends and Bandoleros have built a great stepping stone for hundreds of New England racers with fans getting to view a mix of tomorrow’s stars battle a strong veteran contingent among them.

The Wall’s Ford Platinum Late Model Series comes to a rip-roaring close this Saturday with the annual Leaf Peeper 100. For the first time in series history, it’s a dead-heat tie atop the standings going into the championship event as New Hampshire Governor’s Cup winner Justin Prescott and former King of the Mountain Kasey Beattie currently hold the top spot. Spring Board 100 winner and defending Wall’s Ford champion Gabe Brown sits just two points behind to make it a three-man race in the Leaf Peepers 100 and could be considered the showdown of the season this Saturday.

Multi-time Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tiger champion Shane Sicard continues to hold a comfortable 27-point lead ahead of Groton, Vermont’s Luke Peters. Sicard is still looking for win #1 on the year while Peters has had a career season, taking his first career wins at both White Mountain and Thunder Road this summer. Logan Powers sits in third, still looking to shake up the standings in these final events in September.

The closest championship battle continues to be in the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Strictly Minis as Littleton’s Tyler Thompson now holds just an eleven-point lead ahead of Danville’s Jacob Roy and twelve-points over Waterford’s McKenna Merchant. The three aren’t ready to back down yet and expect a title fight for the ages among the four-cylinder ranks.

White Mountain Motorsports Park is back in action this Saturday, September 6th with a full card of racing headlined by the 1764 Sports Bar & Grill Late Models as they crown the 2025 Wall’s Ford Platinum Series champion in the Leaf Peepers 100. Count in the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Strictly Stock Minis and a special visit by the NELCAR Legends and Bandoleros with a 6:00pm Post Time.
