North Woodstock, NH. - Under clear blue skies, the fans enjoyed another night of on the edge of your seat racing at White Mountain Motorsports Park in North Woodstock, NH. Winners during the night were Tyler Cahoon, Steven Parker II, Jeremy Welch, Rubin Call and Christopher Pelkey.
The NAPA Late Models rolled on to the 1/4 mile oval for a 50 lap feature. Tyler Cahoon took the lead after the yellow came out on lap thirty-three for the first and second place cars, Kendell Lagendre and Dan Coby which put the two drivers to the rear. Cahoon went home with the win but on his bumper was second place Bernie Lantagne and third place Quinten Welch. Tyler Cahoon also took over the point lead. Dave Labrecque won his heat race and also the semi. feature. Gary Griswold took home a heat race win.
HK Powersports Kids Truck Division had a fifteen lap feature race that had one yellow. When all was over it was Christopher Pelkey with the win, Alex Kelley second and Gordon Day third. Pelkey also won his heat race.
Gilmour Jeep/Ford/Dodge Super Streets ran a thirty lap feature after a caution on lap one things went together until Jason Welch broke something in the front of his car that put him hard into the wall on lap nine. Welch was fine but we can't say that for his car. Jeremy Welch was able to lead all thirty laps to take his first win this season. Rounding off the top five was Chandler Davis, Tim Casey , Tom Smithers and Craig Roy. Heat wins went to Chandler Davis and Jeremy Welch.
Curtis Leeman lead the first ten laps in the Beacon Resort Strictly Streets division until hard charger Steve Parker II made his way up threw the pack to take over the lead and take the win. Leeman settled for second, Cody Blake third, Tom Keith fourth and Travis Fadden fifth. Heat wins went to Elwin Sidney and Travis Fadden.
Rubin Call picks up another win in the Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Stock Mini division. Call lead all twenty laps with second place finisher Rod Knudson right on his bumper, third went to Nick Pilotte. Call also won his heat race.
Next Saturday Night, the Amercin Canadian Tour will visit WMMP for a 100 lap feature, WMMP's regular 4 division will be running. The kids trucks will have the night off. Pit gate opens at 1pm, practice at 2:30 and the race will start at 5pm. Front gate opens at 1:30. White Mountain Motorsports Park is located on Route 3 in North Woodstock, New Hampshire.
